Guest Policy

All non-JPS employees (patients, visitors, public users etc.) must check in at the front desk. Public workstation use is limited to 30 minutes, once per day. Extended use may be granted on a case by case basis with the approval of the library staff. Public library access is limited to normal business hours when library staff are present.

Please note that all JPS affiliates have priority access to all workstations in the Medical Library. You may be asked to vacate a workstation as JPS affiliate demand warrants. Any exceptions to these rules are made solely at the discretion of the library staff. Failure to adhere to this policy, other existing library policies, JPS policies or failure to comply with library staff direction could result in dismissal from the library and denial of future library access.
